After the young had left the roost in our house, they came out, removed the ports and caulked up the soffits. They came when they said they would come and the only problem we had was that a bat apparently was trapped inside when they caulked. It died and caused an odor for about a month

- Bat Removal & Prevention IncEverything went well. After I called this company, a date was set up for them to come and do the inspection. The guy arrived on time, and was very nice. He went up into the attic to look for bats, and to see if there would need to be any kind of guano clean up. He told us there was almost no guano up there. At the time, the few bats that were up there were hibernating. Before he left, he installed a one-way door for them to exit once they came out of hibernation. Once the weather warms up enough and they all leave, we will take down the one-way door ourselves and re install the piece of over hang siding-although if someone could not do it themselves, the company would send someone back out to do it. I should add, that the way the bats were getting in was through gaps in the soffits of our house, which we had repaired back in the fall, and unfortunately, this caused the bats to be sealed in. When the guy from Michigan Bat Control did his inspection, he checked to make sure there were no more entrances for bats to get back in, and he found none. Overall, we are very pleased with this company's service. The cost is a small price to pay to have the bats leave and not be able to return. I would definitely recommend this company

"The mice were dealt with using poison packets. For the bats, they determined that they were entering the attic by getting under the ridge vents on the roof. All ridge vents were replaced with a flexible ridge vent which they stated was the best. 3 years later, we now now have squirrels in our attic. Their point of access (determine by our roofer) was under the ridge vents installed by PEST-EZ. The roofer stated that these are the cheap ridge vents which he doesn't recommend. I would not recommend this company or hire them again.

"They charged me $99 for that. They had to put a trap down there. They were the same as everybody else, but the reason why I picked this guy was that he was not going to destroy the animal. The other people were going to destroy the animal and I really don't believe in that. He trapped the animal and released it. It's not the skunk's fault. It's just that it had got the wrong place.
