I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Michael made this the easiest and much less stressful than anticipated! My grandmother's house is very old and had to have the shower piping replaced and put on new faucets, he did great work as did his helper jason who was very nice. The kitchen sink had a clog and after a while they were able to get it out without needing to do any more added work. "We are re-doing our master bath ourselves and were at stand-still because we realized we didn't know how to proceed with connecting our new Schluter drain piece to our existing plumbing. There was very limited access via a whole we had previously cut in the kitchen soffit on the floor below. Justin was awesome! He took the time to view bits of You-tubes we had that showed how the Schluter system works...then he worked in the tight space (saved us from having to rip up the sub-floor upstairs!!) to cut out a bit of old PVC, replaced it with new, and connected our drain piece to the newly installed PVC. He even cleaned out a bit of debris that had been sitting in the trap, tested to be sure water would freely flow and that there were no leaks, and cleaned up everything. Great work by Justin and assistant Shawn!!"
