I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"We are re-doing our master bath ourselves and were at stand-still because we realized we didn't know how to proceed with connecting our new Schluter drain piece to our existing plumbing. There was very limited access via a whole we had previously cut in the kitchen soffit on the floor below. Justin was awesome! He took the time to view bits of You-tubes we had that showed how the Schluter system works...then he worked in the tight space (saved us from having to rip up the sub-floor upstairs!!) to cut out a bit of old PVC, replaced it with new, and connected our drain piece to the newly installed PVC. He even cleaned out a bit of debris that had been sitting in the trap, tested to be sure water would freely flow and that there were no leaks, and cleaned up everything. Great work by Justin and assistant Shawn!!"

"Recently, I had a sewer pump replaced. Ken was the installer. He throughly inspected the sewer pump and miscellaneous parts. He explained the work to be performed. Ken replaced the sewer pump system and cleaned up the work area. He explained Brocks warranty as well as Zollers warranty. Prior to leaving he made it clear for us to contact his office if we have any issues. Overall, Ken demonstrated professional skills, knowledge and did a high quality job.
