This included replacing damaged drywall, repairing a sagging ceiling that was water damaged, and spraying the "Popcorn" plaster on the ceiling. Also, the entire downstairs was subsequently painted. I was very satisfied with the drywall repair, I was very satisfied with the repair of the sagging ceiling, and the re-spraying of the popcorn plaster on the ceiling was excellent. The subsequent painting was professional. Two coats were applied everywhere, and the PPG brand of paint was of excellent quality. Finally, I thought the quote for the entire project was more than fair. I will bring back this company to paint my upstairs, and would feel free to recommend them to my family and friends. Recommend removing everything and discuss shelves and fixtures in the room or there might be a light coating of dust despite DCS coverings and vacuum cleanup efforts. Honestâ if they quote, they keep to word. I signed contract with a different company before DCS but when they arrived they told me it would be 50% moreâ luckily they refunded my deposit. I gave extensive photos but Ask other companies if they will stand behind their quoteâ they may need to visit. Father/son veterans company. Although they subcontracted part of the work, the work was well done. Thank you!"
