"John kept our house clean while he worked on our painting and drywall repair job for 3 days. The quoting process was easy and professionally laid out with all the details included. "Two large ceiling collapses from upstairs water leaks, in kitchen and bathroom. Demos part myself. Recommend removing everything and discuss shelves and fixtures in the room or there might be a light coating of dust despite DCS coverings and vacuum cleanup efforts. Honestâ if they quote, they keep to word. I signed contract with a different company before DCS but when they arrived they told me it would be 50% moreâ luckily they refunded my deposit. I gave extensive photos but Ask other companies if they will stand behind their quoteâ they may need to visit. Father/son veterans company. Although they subcontracted part of the work, the work was well done. Thank you!"
