Mo was the first person to respond to my query and very quickly reached out to me within minutes of putting through my request. He was polite and knowledgeable and after sending him a few photos of my issue he said he knew exactly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair repair cost and he offered to come out to do the repair even though it was on a Sunday. When he arrived he spent the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take. After thoroughly completing the repair he even took the time to answer some other questions I had about my system and also helped me adjust some of my other zones to make them work better. "RPM Excavation, LLC, graded and incorporated additional soil into both backyard and front yard areas where deep ruts had ruined the integrity of the lawn which could no longer be mowed properly. After distributing good topsoil, they seeded the area and covered it with straw. They also installed a drainage pop-up to take care of the overflow water from the gutters. They did a great job. "We hired Great Lakes Landscape Plus to add top soil and raise the grade of our front yard, raise and expand our flower beds, plant a dozen or more perennials, install decorative stone retainers, and much, much more. We liked their dedication and work ethic and decided to hire them for “Phase 2” which involved creating a new flower bed, adding an additional retaining wall, more plants, and of course a lot of mulch. Overall, we found them to be reasonably priced, diligent, friendly, hard working, and they communicated very well with us with special attention to ensuring we were happy with the plant choices and placement.
