"My project was to repair drywall damage due to a serious roof leak. This included replacing damaged drywall, repairing a sagging ceiling that was water damaged, and spraying the "Popcorn" plaster on the ceiling. Also, the entire downstairs was subsequently painted. I was very satisfied with the drywall repair, I was very satisfied with the repair of the sagging ceiling, and the re-spraying of the popcorn plaster on the ceiling was excellent. The subsequent painting was professional. Two coats were applied everywhere, and the PPG brand of paint was of excellent quality. Finally, I thought the quote for the entire project was more than fair. I will bring back this company to paint my upstairs, and would feel free to recommend them to my family and friends. "I have had J. Christopher Construction do previous work for me, and this last project was a shower pan installation. Jon had to start by removing the old tub, and as soon as he saw the situation, he showed me the water damaged floor joists and recommended a method of repair. I gave him the go ahead to continue, and he successfully replaced the water damaged floor sheathing and joists. While he was there, he also located and repaired the plumbing problem that caused the damage in the first place. We then discussed the new tile work required to finish up this project.
