"I have had J. Christopher Construction do previous work for me, and this last project was a shower pan installation. Jon had to start by removing the old tub, and as soon as he saw the situation, he showed me the water damaged floor joists and recommended a method of repair. I gave him the go ahead to continue, and he successfully replaced the water damaged floor sheathing and joists. While he was there, he also located and repaired the plumbing problem that caused the damage in the first place. We then discussed the new tile work required to finish up this project. This year I brought them back for more tuckpointing, siding repairs, weep holes, gutters, and a full roof replacement. I worked with Greg and his crews both times. He quickly found the source of a leak others missed and took ownership of fixing it. There was water damage, and they handled the full repair of the affected wall, including siding, framing, electrical, and drywall. While some companies were uninterested in tackling parts of the project, Greg’s team stepped up and got my kitchen and house livable again. I’m truly grateful. They were professional, used quality materials (Owens Corning Duration shingles), and never tried to upsell me. Pricing was reasonable and cleanup was excellent.
