Her experience with most contractors is often unpleasant because they would talk around her or dismiss her questions or suggestions. Mike, however, listened to her input and respected her decisions. We are very satisfied with the result, and more important, we enjoyed our interactions with Mike throughout the entire process of the project. In fact, we have already started talking to Mike about returning at a later time to landscape our front lawn.
