We have consistantly been voted "Best Carpet Cleaner" In the Best of West Michigan poll. We believe customer service is the most important aspect of any service company. We use the Hot Water Extraction Method of cleaning. We spot clean, pretreat, rinse, then groom your carpet and upholstery, leaving them looking like new, with no residue or soap to attract rapid resoiling. Any concerns you may have, we do have a free reservice policy to make it right.

"If I could give a zero start I would. We paid for our installation and were told we would get a call within 10 business days to have our carpet installed. After numerous calls in to Lowe’s we have yet to be scheduled for install. When you call to talk to someone you are on hold for 15-25 minutes after which you are then transferred to the person handling your install. This person is never available and you have to leave them a message. When they call you back, if you miss the call while working etc, they leave you a generic number to call back and start the hold process all over again. When I asked for a direct number, I was given a number to the Ionia County Dispatch for the police department. I am a big fan of Lowes, but we will never use their installation services again. This is the fifth install we have had done and four of them have gone this way."
