Response time was very fast. Initial call within hours and scheduled visit very quickly. Great communication back and forth. Estimate provided within hours and right on with actual. I needed a big wrinkle pulled out of my carpet. Work was excellent and carpet looks great!! Friendly and respectful. Will keep his contact information for future use.
