Outstanding customer service and quality of product installed. Recommend to anyone that needs flooring installed. My contractor missed 3 deadlines for Empire to arrive; the company and CS reps were so gracious in rescheduling. Cannot praise Empire enough!

Hire local if possible. With Empire you have to be able to adjust to their schedule and be willing to wait hours for service. The salesman was great --the only one to return a phone call. after initial install which was not completed had to wait 2 weeks to have completed and several phone calls. Still waiting for final completion.

I was very satisfied with the finished job by the installers. The original al price was very high and I was told that was the lowest. I received a card in the mail afterwards to call Empire about the quote. I was told immediately that she could help and without batting an eye she knocked our price down about 15% or $1800. I would have ordered originally at that price and not played that game.

There was a flaw with one of the floor board as and they didn't feel it was bad enough to replace. They also tiled my bathroom floor and had to come out threee times to redo/replace the grout with in one year. Same problem again with the tile within another 3mos. and they wouldn't return my calls.

Hired to install carpeting, but they never showed up. When I tried to get my deposit back the local office knew nothing about the 'No show'. Had to argue with two different guys on the phone at the 800 number. One tried very hard to intimidate me but ultimately gave in and processed my refund.
