Roof Advance

The new roof went well. I had some special requests and Jakob accommodated all requests. Cleanup was great and would recommend.

Roof Advance was very prompt in coming out which was important since rain/snow was in the weather forecast The person who did the repair was kind enough to take some photos of the lost shingle area with my camera so I could submit a claim to the shingle manufacturer. The claim was successful and covered the full cost of the repair work.

I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roof Advance came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 4-5 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roof Advance was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roof Advance!

Discovered a small hole in the roof while cleaning gutters. Checked attic and in ran through to the plywood. Looked like tree branch had come down and punctured a hole. Called Roof Advance and they came for an estimate the next day and worked me into their production schedule. Cost for the actual repair came in under the original estimate, price was very reasonable. Repair looks great, can hardly tell a difference from the existing shingles. Glad they could help with such a small job, will definitely consult when the time comes for a new roof.

We really like the results of the work. We had a good experience with the timeliness of when people showed up, the coordination of the pieces of the project, and how quickly each piece was completed. They cleaned up well, did good work, and were courteous. We liked how Philip coordinated everything and kept up with what was going on.

My neighbor and I both had old roofs that needed to be replace. Roof Advance came out and gave us a reasonable price with a good warrantee. I have many years in the building industry and the work they dis was all very high quality and we were well pleased with the job.

I shopped four of Angie's List's top rated roofing companies in my area, Roof Advance being one of them. Jakob by far was the most helpful and timely in answering my questions, concerns and getting me a complete quote. Other companies gave incomplete quotes or took forever to get a complete quote, others sent out "Sales Men" who only knew how to sell the company line but yet could not answer questions outside of their memorized sales pitch. Jakob by far was the most knowledgeable, honest, and to top it off... the best priced (Thousands less than the others). I am the type of consumer who is willing to spend more for better quality sytems and materials, but with Roof Advance I got both great quality and price. His crew did an excellent job in doing everything that I had asked to be done and did a great job of getting my 12-12 pitch house roof and garage done in one day. Excellent. Price was incredible. I do residential building damage assessment for a large insurance company for a living so I am familiar with what things cost. Their price was so low that I was almost suspicious of it. Work was completed on time, in one day, with no issue. While replacing some roof decking one of the workers put their foot though a rotted spot and through the drywall on a ceiling. the owner, Yakkob, Made sure it was taken care of and gave me several options to take care of it. IMO the mark of a good business is how they correct mistakes and handle problems. he was 100% on top of it. They also cleaned my gutters for free, and the put ridge vent on my garage, and installed insulation baffles in my attic without me asking for no extra charge, I could not be happier and have already recommend them to several other people.

They arrived when they said they would, did good work and best of all did a very good clean up. You wouldn't have known they had been there if you didn't see them.

Excellent team from front office (Jakob) to team that did a full tear-off and reroof. The roof looks excellent, the price was good, and they did a thorough clean up afterwards. Can't be more pleased!

This a locally owned company, the Owner met with us and described the the work to be done and the differences between the various shingle/roof products available-their warranty and price---NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS--I received estimates from two other companies and selected Roof Advance. The crew was very prossional and cleaned up after each day---we had full access to our home and garage each night. The owner inspected the job and met the promised completion date of 2 days. This was a large project (70 Squares of Shingles) and he met his cost estimate---no added costs or fees. Simply put he did what he said he would---I am pleased to recommend his company to friends and neighbors!!

Jakob and his team did a great job. We were very pleased. They had a tight schedule, but they fit us in, and the roof looks great! Jakob answered all my questions on the phone, and he met our real estate agent at the house before we hired him, since we live out of town. The documentation was done via email and it all worked out well.

I enjoyed working with Jakob Smolyanov. He worked with our budget and did what he said he would do. Their team worked very hard and got the job done right! I would recommend this company and plan to use them on the house that I am currently living in.
