This company is fraudulently representing that they are GAF certified. Please contact GAF at 1 (877) 423-7663 to verify that they are not! They roofed our house in Feb. of 2015, there is a bulge, which Jeff said he would take care of on over a dozen occasions-of course, no show, no call. To date, it has not been taken care of. Additionally, after also asking Jeff on many occasions about our roof being certified and him responding that he had to check with GAF because MANY of his jobs hadn't been inspected and he didn't know why, GAF explained to me that not only was our "Warranty" never been turned in, and therefore, no inspection for certification pending, they also informed me that as of May 2015 Nail It Down Remodeling was no longer a certified roofer. However if you review its homepage it still fraudulently claims to be. We paid for a roof with a "lifetime" warranty and have absolutely none. We are in the process of trying to locate and pay a REAL GAF certified roofer to complete repairs in an attempt to obtain the warranty and will follow with a lawsuit to try to recoup our expense. We were lied to, have repairs that need to be done, the work was of poor quality, and many items at our house were broken (lights-2-landscaping trampled, trees snapped off). GO SOME PLACE ELSE and save yourself the headache we are going through. We in part hired this company based on a prior positive Angie's List rating and I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else the same problems.

Very well. Very friendly and professional. Explained what they would do in detail, answered all questions and concerns. Did not try to sell more than I needed, as some other companies tried to do. They did not destroyed my flowers and throughly cleaned up after the job was done.

The best thing about Nail It Down is that they are very responsive. I learned about their company at a local business fair and talked to them about my roofing needs on my garage. We talked a little bit and I got their contact information. The staff I met were very friendly. A few days later, I called the company to schedule a free quote. They called me back quickly and we arranged a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. They were on time and gave us a fair quote. I had two other local roofing companies provide quotes as well. One took a week to call me back and then their quote was twice as much. The other company came out to inspect the work that needed to be done and then they never followed up! I signed the contract with Nail It Down and they came out to work on my roof the next day! They brought out around six guys, worked quickly, and finished in just two days. They had to install new roofing due to wood rot and install new gutters. Overall, the new gutters look great and they cleaned up my driveway so well, it was like they were never there. I would highly recommend Nail It Down and even passed on their information to my dad who might also need some work done on his roof.

I would definitely recommend Nail it Down Remodeling. The owner is very much involved in all aspects of the job. He's a Christian man who genuinely cares and makes sure that all work is done to his high standard. Everything was done timely and exactly as promised. The quality of work is top notch! He takes time to even do the little things that mean so much!

We were so impressed with the quality of the product, the professionalism displayed by the crew, the clean up done at the end of each work day and the completed job that we contracted with him for our new roof. Jeff and his team were great! During the entire process they were completely professional and efficient. The process took only a couple days with very minimal disturbances. We couldn't have asked for a better experience while undergoing such a large project on our home! I would highly recommend Nail It Down to anyone. Even if you are looking to do a smaller project, Jeff and his team will provide the best service and not to mention best value on your dollar!

They were extremely professional. They even took care of a couple things that I asked of them at no additional cost. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. Very respectful of us and our property. I love the outcome of the project. They did a wonderful job.

The work was done as described, on time, on budget, & in a very professional manor all around. Jeff and his crew were a pleasure to have at our home. Everyone on Jeff's crew were pleasant to be around. They started when they said they would, worked steadily through the day and cleaned up after themselves every time they were here.
