The mice were dealt with using poison packets. For the bats, they determined that they were entering the attic by getting under the ridge vents on the roof. All ridge vents were replaced with a flexible ridge vent which they stated was the best. 3 years later, we now now have squirrels in our attic. Their point of access (determine by our roofer) was under the ridge vents installed by PEST-EZ. The roofer stated that these are the cheap ridge vents which he doesn't recommend. I would not recommend this company or hire them again.

The technician was very thorough. He gave us two different offers. He could just spray for what turned out to be carpenter ants and guarantee it for 90 days or we could have him spray for all insects guaranteed for a year. I decided to go with the annual spray because we also had small ants in my kitchen. The technician explained exactly what they were going to do and what to expect next. He assured me it was pet and human friendly. So far I’m very satisfied. I can relax now knowing I’m protected. Thank you.

Kevin and Shawn came and sealed the construction gaps in our house on the scheduled day. They are responsively, professional and did a fabulous job! I am satisfied with their job and recommend to use Pest EZ service.

They were very responsive, I received a call and had an appointment scheduled for the same day in matter of hours after requesting a quote. They responded immediately when I called on Fiday or Saturday of the 4th of July weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to talk to a person not a voicemail. They came on Tuesday on time. They answered all my questions. I would call them again, but here's hoping it will never be necessary.

they came out and put some poisonous bate down and a trap but they haven't fully eradicated them yet. the trap hasn't caught a mole yet and i'm not sure about the bate because those were stuffed underground.

Worst lack of service ever. They gave me a price of $189 for removal of a dead animal in my wall. They knew that from the the beginning. Then they sent out a tech who barely looked at my home couldn't find the smell or the animal didn't even take a second look after we showed him the area the animal was in then demanded we pay the $189 as a service fee and we call their boss to schedule an additional appointment to do the service. We called for 2 days with no response. My spouse posted a review and they finally called us. The owner then attacked us for posting a review and told us how unprofessional we were and how we should have talked to them to have it resolved before posting the review. Then he offered to take care of our still smelling now extra rotting house guest if and only if we take down the review. He said he would call us Thursday 7/9/20 in the evening to set a time. Or the next morning. He did neither. When we updated the review he replied with a response which states options to resolve the issue that were never even mentioned to me. How the tech discovered the animal even though we still only know a basic idea of where it is and we were the ones that invited them into our home to show them where the smell was coming from. I attached their attack on us via google reviews. The fact is I wish I never called this company and unless your pest problem is super easy so they actually want to do it you will regret speaking to them too.

Excellent, first visit handled the major problem I was having and then returned soon after to check and fix all areas around the outside of the house.

It went well. I thought he was supposed to come yesterday and I gave a bad review saying he didn't call or come. But today, he called and came and did the work. So, could you please disregard the bad review. Thank you.

It was good, they were here in a timely manner, very professional, they sprayed for ants and after that we don't have any problems.

Everything went well with the service. The problem came up the next day when I was out enjoying a meal with family and friends and the service tech texted me and told me my check bounced and I should call him to take care of it with a credit card. I let him know there was no way that check bounced and he should run it again. He then texted me back apologizing and said they don't know which check bounced (I don't know why they assumed it was mine). This really put a damper on my time out enjoying family time. They should check and double check with the bank before accusing a paying customer of bouncing a check. I was satisfied with the service but accusing me of bouncing a check really rubbed me the wrong way.

They were great. Took proper caution on removal and cleanup.

Great company! I must be honest. Another company called first; called the day I asked for quotes. However, the person I spoke with was a fast talker and expensive, so I decided to wait. Spoke with Coreen with Pest EZ the following day. They're less expensive, have a less intrusive/much more humane process for catching any larger animals, and she got me an appointment the following day! John was so professional and thorough! Turns out it's just mice and not squirrels like I originally had thought. So, I was only charged the initial fee and nothing more. I like that there's a warranty on the mouse traps as well. He also assured me that there will be no risks for my pets as well.

Quickly scheduled an original appointment to investigate and diagnose the situation. Sent their bat specialist a couple of days later to do a bat seal around the roof. Work was well done by a knowledgeable guy. Seems like it will be effective, but probably won't be able to confirm until next spring.

it was determined to be bats in part of the attic that was not accessible. They are going to mitigate on a future visit. Screen the ridge vents and fill construction openings. I will comment again after that is done. (Update) Mitigation of bats were scheduled but no one came to perform or called.
