"John was on time, very professional and explained what needed to be done. We had bats and they are now no longer living in our attic! John came back and did an assessment for clean-up with what we thought was a reasonable price. John returned with a helper and did the clean-up. Now we are bat-free and bat guano-free! "I called to get a quote and they were able to make an appointment right away. I was surprised a team of people came to do the exclusion. They did a thorough job of making sure there were no bats on my house, put in a deterrent in the attic and netting over outside vents. Since there were no bats on my house at the time, they charged less that original quote. They will check back with me to verify things were still ok in a couple of weeks. With a guaranteed service, if I have any issues the will come right back. Very happy with the service."

Typically, fleas won’t take up residence in human hair. Their natural preference is to live on the fur of animals, but they can bite and infest humans on a temporary basis. If there is a significant flea infestation in the surrounding environment, humans may inadvertently become a host. Again, though, this is a rare occurrence.

Skunks spray as a defense mechanism to ward off predators. The active ingredient in their sulfurous, oily musk is n-butyl mercaptan, which evaporates into a powerful and smelly gas. No single deterrent will work 100 percent of the time, so we suggest combining deterrents to ensure your seed has the best possible chance to grow. Using bird netting over your seed, with physical deterrents like mylar tape coupled with hanging bird feeders at the edges of your growing area—and removing any bird’s nests, if possible—will give your seeds the best possible chance for success.

Squirrels hate not having access to secure shelter or food sources. Your best line of defense is to make your property less attractive by removing access to these things. There are chemical squirrel repellents, but these have mixed success. According to Pennsylvania State University, you can apply products containing the bittering agent denatonium saccharide to a squirrel's favorite fence, tree, or roof spots. However, you need to reapply repellents regularly, which aren’t scientifically proven effective.
