"Unfortunately, we received an inordinate amount of requests during the time period in question and were unable to respond to everyone who contacted us. This has been an unusual time for us as we pride ourselves on calling back our customers but this year has presented us with a number of new challenges. Our heirarchy of decision making however, when faced with a choice, we always call our actual customers back no matter what - even if it means upsetting someone who is calling for new work. Again, we apologize and wish you the best."

Working in a dual role of the office and field is very difficult and during sometimes if we are really busy, we do prioritize our current customers over new work. If you look at our reviews, our "bad" reviews are due to a failure to call a new customer back when they have contacted us one time through the AL portal. We apologize for this failure, but we believe that a failure to call a potential customer back is not as important as attending to those customers with whom we have made an agreement to get their home back into livable condition. We have a lot of people who contact us for work and it is sometimes not possible to call everyone back. Again, we are truly sorry as we absolutely abhor it when people are not happy with us for any reason."
