Greg and Will placed runners all the way from the front door to the fireplace completely covering the tile and wood floor that was trafficked. In addition the entire fireplace hearth was covered. This was a big deal purchase. It worked out for me good and bad, The cleaning of the chimney was fine, but the fireplace has two sides. We talked about putting a door on one of the sides that matched the other side. That was not part of the deal, that was separate. I gave them a good down payment and no door is forthcoming. They are very nice, but no door has been forthcoming. They were going to bring the door two weeks ago, but I got a call from the guy who said he was stuck on the side of the road and could not come that day. I have not heard from them since.
