"My house has a crawl space. My bathroom floor was sinking from a rotted floor. They demolished the floor down to the cross beams. They sistered the beams added extra support to the beams and the floor. Laid new tile and put the bathroom back together. Tim and his crew answered and explained every step of the repair as they were doing it. They completed it in the time that was given to me. I would and do highly recommend them. I will use them for any repairs that I need in the future. I would give them a 10 if I could!"

"Made appointment with office, appointment had to be rescheduled.  Stated repeatedly that I wanted to be home when the roof was inspected so I could point out the problem.  Was given a definite time when inspection would be done and arranged to be home at that time.  However, the inspector finished another job early and showed up several hours before appointment time.  I was contacted by phone but was on the other side of town and could not get home immediately.  Inspector went ahead, apparently put some roofing tar on areas which I had already tarred (without fixing the problem) and left.  Unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
