They were fantastic in accommodating the change. Install went perfectly. They came on the agreed install day, put up the fence and it is gorgeous! The new fence is super durable. We recently had an entire half of a tree fall on it, and the fence doesn't even have a scratch. Definitely high quality professionals that I highly recommend!"

We felt fully satisfied starting from the Owner Jason coming to quote the work to finishing the work, including a fence that had to be redone after another contractor. He not only quoted the total, but also provided the amount for each project separately (drainage using 4-6" rocks for a hillside patio, installing vinyl fence, installing wooden railing by steps down the hill) . He even picked up some needed material from the store. The Jason worked along side his coworkers who were all very professional as well. North Star's customer service was very warm and friendly. There is plenty of snow and ice at this time outside, so, I will provide some pics when the ground clears.
