"Multi saved the day on my renovation project. It was absolutely disastrous! In the middle of my renovation, the carpenter that was referred to me by a fellow colleague walked off on the job. No warning and no reason, I was left with only ½ of my home remodeled, while my family and I were stranded in a small rental home waiting to return. Spencer and his team came to the rescue. In the matter of a few days his contractors were finishing projects and fixing several mistakes made by the previous carpenter. I was able to move back into our home on time without issue. Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted.
