"The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was this, I phoned for service and left a message, since I had to run out for a minute, I called back to leave my cell number. Chuck answered this time but had not received my first message, however, he was quick to set up an appointment time for the same day.  He was prompt to arrive and assess the problem.  He had material to place under the fridge so it wouldn't scratch my hardwood floors when moved (YAY) and had the parts needed in his truck for the repair. Within a short visit he had the refrigerator repaired.
