The crew worked very hard and efficiently. Very friendly and courteous.

I had called the day before and they said they may be able to get to me on Saturday and they called me today and said they had a cancellation and could come out today and do the work. The quality of the work was impressive.

I will definitely use them in the future for any roofing on my house.

"I called and left Dan a message, and he promptly returned my call.  Came out within a couple of days and was able to quickly tell me what the problem was. Worker who was sent out to complete the repair was professional and polite, and also pointed out an issue he noticed (with some missing shingles around the chimney) while he was up on the roof.  This was a very small job, and one that I would expect would get passed over repeatedly for bigger jobs, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and I would use their services again.  (I have used them before, at a different house, for a new roof, and was pleased with that service as well).

"Mr Eaton called today and stated he has tried to reach me several times but the phone was busy. He has already cleared and shoveld my drive way three times. I have not been there yet to inspect but I have no reason to believe otherwise. His son did the necessary shoveling. It is a confined area with the town or neighbor plowing their snow onto my property breaking the the block wall boundries in the process. I appreciate Mr. Eaton's service andf attention to this task."

"The windows &storm windows on our historic house presented some problems, but Duane & Brittany were extremely patient and helpful. They worked with us on a plan of attack and adjusted their usual routine to fit our special needs. The whole process went very smoothly. I would say the crew was very concerned to make us happy & the results are excellent ! I might add that Duane was mindful to keep the cost within reason and made some very kind adjustments to the standard rate. I’m very pleased and recommend them highly ! Gave B rather than A because (1) we never received promised paperwork regarding the guarantee for our shingles, and (2) we ended up finding 100's of nails, etc. on the ground around the house. They appeared to do lots of cleaning up, but apparently were not as thorough as we'd assumed. Not a big deal though."

"They were the only roofing Co willing to do a small sunroom roof replacement that had a skylight that was 20 yrs old and started leaking, so I could not wait to have the work done. I had a high-quality set of gutters and leaf/rain guard installed which they took no care of when carelessly removing old shingles. And the price to replace the skylight was higher than it should have been. But the work needed to be done. And all the recommended roofers were too busy with full roofing work at the time."
