"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Generators of Maine just completed the installation of a 14kw generator with parallel transfer switches, to protect 2 separate metered panels at a rental property that I own. I didn't even know that this was possible, until Doug Sawyer suggested it. The incremental cost of protecting the additional panel with the parallel transfer switch arrangement was a fraction the cost of an additional generator and transfer switch. Throughout the job, Doug and his crew were awesome. I am a terrible snoop who enjoys technology, so I hung around just watching and learning. They didn't seem to mind my presence and were friendly and informative through out the install. Every aspect of the job was 100% top-notch. Doug also managed to under bid his nearest competitor on every component and aspect of the job, including the annual maintenance contract, which I deemed to be worth the $$$. I highly recommend Generators of Maine."
