"It went very well. Dave participated early on in the process by offering advice and assuring that what we were planning would work within the structure of our home. Once the project started, Dave and his carpenter crew were on the job daily unless the plumber and electrician needed the space to do their work. There wasn't a day during the project that something wasn't being done to move the remodel along. I would compliment Dave on his attn to detail and the finishe carpentry is outstanding"

"Seemed very knowledgeable came first - when said he would - to oversee the problems. Offered solutions. Came back when said he would; replaced aged pumps and parts. Much more water pressure now. Will return in spring to check pumping system from the lake.
Nice guy: Price is probably fair; just that I always think everything is too expensive.

"Ben was a great sales person and very helpful. Installation was a one day experience and the installers were respectful and friendly. They both wanted to take my dog home with them! One suggestion for consumers—think about where you stand in your current shower to determine where to place your”condiment” rail and whether you prop your foot on the tub edge to wash and dry your feet. You may need to put in a shower chair just to feel safe to finish. The shower is clean and easy to clean. I love it. Even though it’s expensive, it’s worth the quality."

One starting point to find a local home builder is to collect suggestions from friends and neighbors. However, it’s still wise to do some more research before you hire a builder. Read reviews to supplement any word-of-mouth recommendations. Check sources like Angi that have standards and criteria in place to screen the pros it lists can also help you find more reputable local home builders.

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
