"Eric installed 5 ceiling fans for me. 2 of which were 20+ feet high on a cathedral ceiling. Eric and his crew did a great job and everything looks great. Was very responsive and always got back to me right away when I contacted him. I would definitely use Bolduc's Electrical again. Highly recommended!"

"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."

"We had Clear Choice do a walk in shower installation in my home. This experience was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had with having a service performed at my home. From the initial planning to the actual installation, everything went flawlessly. The subcontractor installing the shower was extremely professional, on time, knowledgeable and the quality of his work was amazing! Cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend Clear Choice Home Improvement for any of your home care needs."

"It went very well. Dave participated early on in the process by offering advice and assuring that what we were planning would work within the structure of our home. Once the project started, Dave and his carpenter crew were on the job daily unless the plumber and electrician needed the space to do their work. There wasn't a day during the project that something wasn't being done to move the remodel along. I would compliment Dave on his attn to detail and the finishe carpentry is outstanding"

"We are first time Angie'sList members and have held off reviewing our contractor until he  had fulfilled all his commitments and promises to us regarding his service and installation.  We chose Aire Serv, specifically Harvey Moulter, out of five other companies that we had give us an estimate.  Of all of the six his price was slightly higher.  Because we were spending almost $20K we wanted to be sure the job was done right and that we would be satisfied with it.  Harvey"s master knowledge and his sincere desire to please won us over.

He started and finished the job exactly as he told us he would.  His installers were excellent, polite, knowledgable and amazingly neat and clean in the areas they worked.  They made sure that everything was covered and the clean up was done immediately.  A week or so after the  AC was installed Harvey came back to check to make sure all was going well.  As the summer went on and we used the AC on a regular basis and we had some issues with regulating the air flow.  Again Harvey was back checking  and adjusting until we were satisfied.  As he left he said if there are any more problems next summer just call me and I'll come back.

We would give Harvey and his crew a five star rating. He is truly the guy who means it when he says "I'll stand behind all of our work."  We couldn't be happier with his work and commitment to customer service.

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

It can take anywhere from a few days to several months to draw up architectural plans, depending on the complexity of your project. Architectural plans are highly detailed documents that take time to complete, and any changes or alterations can significantly extend how long they take.

Services include creating technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings for construction or renovation projects.

The process typically takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the project size and level of customization.

Professionals such as architects, general contractors, electricians, HVAC specialists, and interior designers are crucial to effectively planning and executing significant renovations.
