Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

A convection microwave has two different modes that enable it to operate as a microwave or a convection oven. Inverter microwaves specifically use inverter technology that makes them more effective and able to evenly heat food at a rapid pace. Some convection microwaves use inverter technology, too—the two don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
The standard for most microwave recipes and instructions is 1,000 watts. Other aspects of your microwave need to be considered like size, functionality, and where it will be installed, but 1,000 watts is considered the standard for home cooking. Lower-end models will be 700 watts or less, causing them to heat food more slowly. The maximum wattage for a microwave is usually 1,700 watts.
Since you’re using high heat when cleaning the oven, it could damage some components that were on the verge of breaking. If this happens, first go to your circuit breaker, turn off the switch to your oven and flip it back on to see if it works. If it doesn’t, it could indicate you have a damaged control board or a tripped thermal fuse.
If a junk removal company or scrap hauler is taking your old appliances, you’ll just need to make sure they’re empty and disconnected before removal. If you’re bringing them to a disposal site yourself, check the site’s guidelines to find out if you need to take any steps to prepare your appliances first, particularly if the appliance uses refrigerants.
