"Bill and his team are wonderful. They do a thorough inspection to uncover issues. They've saved us from buying a house that would not be the right fit for us. They also let us know what we need to do to keep the house we live in now in good condition. They are not the cheapest option, but of course you pay more for quality, experience, and knowledge. They also offer different options so you can customize your inspection. We have used the thermal camera option, the radon option, and sewer options for the inspection so that we can learn as much as we can about the condition of the house.
