Nick did a great job.

Nick did a radon system for us in November. He wasn't sure because of the set up of our development and piping if the fan would be strong enough to mitigate completely, which is fine EXCEPT for he failed to give us a test kit, I called him and he still did not send a test kit and we have had absolutely no follow up regarding the system. So, while he did great work (I think) and he was very pleasant, I would not recommend SRS because now who knows if our system is even working?? We will test on our own but very disappointed.

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He is willing to take the time to explain any part of the system you have questions on. On the day of install, he showed up on time and was completed earlier than expected. I would highly recommend his work.

Folks got right to me,we set a date. Got my quote,received my email, and then in a week or so later, the job was being done. The installer was great. I left him to do his magic he sent me a picture of where the fan would be, and that was all there was to it.

Dori emailed me to set up an appointment and Nicholas arrived promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced our radon pump and rewired the whole unit. He also left us with a mail in radon test to complete to ensure that our levels are safe. He also agreed to come back and adjust the angle of the vent which was touching the siding of our house. I would highly recommend this service.

Nick and Dori are a good team. I was promptly contacted by Dori and after a quick phone call, we were able to schedule an appointment for radon mitigation. Nick showed up and installed everything. It took 2 days, but that was only because the day of the initial install was very windy and rainy. Nick was very conscious of safe work and did not perform unsafe tasks. Once the install was complete, they provided me with a radon test that I submitted for validation of mitigation.

Excellent customer service and a pleasure to work with. Nick did great work and Dori took care of us over the phone, got us set up quickly, and they followed through well. Radon dropped from >5 to .9 and system appears well-installed. Would recommend to anyone!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Nick, the man who did the work is punctual, communicative, and clean, all of which is essential for inviting anyone, let alone a worker into your home. His work was neat and he walked us through every step of the process, and the underlying reasons for each. The fan ended up being faulty with a factory defect, so he replaced it the very next business day. The communication from the office was clear and punctual.

For a small proprietor (one man show and his wife coordinates his calendar) Nick does a great job. He did what he said he was going to do and works extremely hard -- very conscientious and detail-oriented. And it took care of our radon issue. It went from a reading of 12+ PPM (three times the acceptable reading of 4) to now ranging between 1-2. I'd hire him again!
