A month before I sold my home they cleaned the carpets; 2 days before closing I called Bill back due to water damage to the home. Bill was onsite mitigating the water damage within 40 minutes of my call to him. They were quick and professional with their water mitigation efforts and were also GREAT with managing the repair/renovation work. He went above and beyond due to my unique situation with the home sale. Thanks Bill for your calm, kind and professional manner. "It was easy to make an appointment by phone; the pricing was based upon the size and type of the house (single family home, split level, 1800 sq ft). I understand it would have cost more if the house was taller, or less if it was a town house. The cleaners showed up on time, and had the entire job done in about 45 minutes. They used the water faucet from the front of the house to wash out the gutters and flush out the drain pipes. They picked up the gunk that washed out by hand so that it was barely noticeable. I paid by check when they were done."

"The crew from ACE was on time, and as I was not able to be at home during the job; Jim set it up that his crew would call me 45 mins prior to finishing, so I could get home to pay them. It worked out great! The lawn and beds are totally free of debris. Thanks to all at ACE
