"I express my gratitude to Bill and his staff at Flood Crew LLC enough! A month before I sold my home they cleaned the carpets; 2 days before closing I called Bill back due to water damage to the home. Bill was onsite mitigating the water damage within 40 minutes of my call to him. They were quick and professional with their water mitigation efforts and were also GREAT with managing the repair/renovation work. He went above and beyond due to my unique situation with the home sale. Thanks Bill for your calm, kind and professional manner. "It was easy to make an appointment by phone; the pricing was based upon the size and type of the house (single family home, split level, 1800 sq ft). I understand it would have cost more if the house was taller, or less if it was a town house. The cleaners showed up on time, and had the entire job done in about 45 minutes. They used the water faucet from the front of the house to wash out the gutters and flush out the drain pipes. They picked up the gunk that washed out by hand so that it was barely noticeable. I paid by check when they were done."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"The crew from ACE was on time, and as I was not able to be at home during the job; Jim set it up that his crew would call me 45 mins prior to finishing, so I could get home to pay them. It worked out great! The lawn and beds are totally free of debris. Thanks to all at ACE
