"I went into this project needing one side of the house repaired, but was impressed enough from the start to go all in and have the siding for the whole house replaced. From start to finish the company was a pleasure to work with; the estimate thorough, detailed and gave us plenty of options. Any calls or questions we had were answered within minutes. The crews were prompt, friendly, attentive and ready to answer any impromptu questions we had on site. Our project manager, Jordan, going above and beyond on our final walkthrough to hang our new address sign himself and make certain we were satisfied with the work. " On 1/11/2026, we received excellent customer service from Mr. Josh Goldberg, a Home Genuine sales representative, who showed patience and professionalism without pressuring us to proceed with our business. On 1/16/2025, the staff was punctual, and after completing the roof, they cleaned up as if they had never been there. Additionally, Mr. Angel Martinez, the project manager, toured our home and addressed all our questions. He provided detailed information about the new intake vent (as shown in the pictures above), which was necessary because there were no soffit vents. Although I am not particularly fond of its appearance, it was considered essential to prevent excessive heat during the summer months, mainly since my daughter lives upstairs. Angel explained that the vent would help improve airflow beneath the upstairs attic area. Overall, they carried out the work professionally, and I would definitely recommend their services."
