Home Building
As soon as he arrived he asked to see the plat for the house. After reviewing it, he politely advised that unless I was prepared to file a Variance, the City of Easton would not approve the addition due o the 22' set-back and Builder's Restriction Line. He was the first contactor to even mention this to me, and after trying to find a reputable contractor for the past ten months, I was very thankful for his honesty.
I'm not filing a Variance and will just put the addition on the back of my home if I decide to stay here. But I certainly would recommend Willow Construction and would not hesitate to contact them again for another project.
