I get them for everything they do. I know the owner personally, and I have used them for about fifteen years now off and on. They are not the cheapest folks in the world, but when they do a job, it is done right. I had some problems with one skylight outside the warranty period and the owner came out himself. He got up there, looked at it, and cleaned out some debris that had accumulated. He got a hose up, washed it down, and blew it all out. I never had a problem with it since, and that was two or three years after warranty. He assured me that it did not need replacing. They do not do unnecessary work. That impressed me. I like everything about their service and everything about their people. They are on time. They do what they say they are going to do. They are very conscientious. The workmen clean up after themselves. Anything you want out of a construction company, these guys do it well.

We were impressed with their professionalism as we had used them in the past. We used their recommendation for an electrician to do some additional work in the area since everything was being torn apart anyway. They worked very hard to find comparable drop ceiling replacements as well as a cabinet in the bathroom that had flooded. When like ceiling tiles could not be found, they dealt with our insurance company directly, about that as well as anything else that came up. The people who did the work were very friendly and considerate and did a GREAT job, AND cleaned up after themselves. We have a new and beautiful family room now, thanks to Wantz. We would HIGHLY recommend them.

Price was excellent.  Contractor was professional, courteous and answered all of our questions before work was performed.  House shingle repair was performed using our surplus shingles (from a previous shingle repair).  All of the repair work (shingle,  siding and gutter) were performed in a timely manner.  We would highly recommend this contractor to others.

This is a local, medium size company within our town. I found them to be honest and satisfaction is always guaranteed. Sometimes they used subcontractors, but only the best in the area. The interaction I had with this company was always positive. They always gave options and advised us on the best way for us to stay within our cost. They were a very reliable company to do business with and I would be willing to hire them again in the future.
