All work was done at a high level of quality and in a timely manner. Communication for planning each of the tasks easy and reliable. Contractor arrived on time. I highly recommend for power washing and paint jobs."

"The management and staff at Spiros Painting were 100% professional from beginning to end. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate. They had someone come out to look at the project site the next day. I had called another painting company who told me that they could not provide an estimate unless I assured them that I would sign a contract within 30 days. Spiros made no such stipulation. Spiros began the work about a week after I accepted their proposal. This was partly to accommodate own my schedule; they could have started earlier. The rear wall of the house is difficult to access, but Spiros was able to deal with the situation without bringing in any special equipment. They scraped and patched the wall thoroughly. I have had experiences with painters in the past whose scraping amounted to a light rubdown. Spiros was very conscientious about removing ALL of the peeling paint. The company was patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times before the work started, about the color I wanted. The work was finished in two days, partly because it was interrupted by rain. The company cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I'm very pleased with the work and the workmanship."

"They are like super expensive. I probably wasn't going to use them. I am only painting 3 windows and 4 doors and they wanted like $5,000. I was like really. Besides being expensive, the estimate was good, it was detailed. They were very responsive. I would use them again for estimates. They are a little bit expensive. I would probably not use them but if I needed a comparison I would throw them in there knowing they are going to be to high."

"Job was bid as 2 days, prime bare wood, paint 2 coats enamel. Price seemed fair for that work. The good: workers on-time and pleasant, all surfaces were well sanded, final finish looks good. The uncertainties: no primer in sight. Asked painter and he said primer only used on new cabinets not repaint jobs. There was some pealing and bare wood exposed on cabinet doors. Enamel paint can says to prime bare wood before top coat. Job bid for 2 days and finished in 6 hours because they only allowed 30 minutes drying between enamel coats. Paint can says dry 4 hours between coats. Maybe will be OK because it was a warm dry day. Won't really know if job will stand up for a couple years. Based on 3 workers for 6 hours, allowing $100 for paint that works out to over $90 an hour. Even with overhead that seems excessive and I feel like I am overpaying for what actually occurred as opposed to what was bid."

"The painters on job performed very well. Owners never showed up on job. When we told them that the 2 steps had not been power washed - no one spoke English so they stained right over the non-prepared steps. We signed contract and paid the price and as understood, paid for paint and supplies. The PROBLEM IS THAT THEY OVERPRICED THE JOB. For the approximately 56 hours of work they ended up charging us $160 per hour per person! We believe every company should make a profit but this is ridiculous. We tried to talk with them, but they did not call back . WARNING- get an estimate of hours and the price so you know what you are paying for."

"Guy's Professional was awesome! We had our outside of the house painted and our deck re stained. We also had our smaller bathroom and youngest bedroom painted. They were early and very fast. It never took an entire house and we have a detached home with 4 bedrooms. Very Professional and always answered the phone. We r/c many quotes and they were among the most reasonable. We will of course use them again on our next home project."

Outside work included my pier, decks, stairs and paving work. They stand behind all their work as they responded quickly to any concerns I had. Price was by far the best I found.
