"I am completed satisfied with Spiros Painting. I am thrilled with how the house now looks and am impressed with the quality of their work. Also dealing with Spiros and his son Dionynios was a delight. They paid attention to the details and consulted with me regularly to make sure that I was happy with how everything was going. They were focused on making sure that the job came out how I wanted it.
The job took six days and they used a mechanical lift to reach the higher floors. They worked full days. Spiros worked the entire time and was assisted by his son Dionysios or another assistant most of that time. They cleaned up at the end of each day.
Several of my neighbors have complemented me on the work, and I fully expect that some of them will be using Spiros Painting in the future. I have recommended them to several people in the neighborhood.
Given the time the job took, it was nice to see that they made an effort to get along with my neighbors. One of my neighbors has a baby and asked that they not operate the lift late in the day and they complied. Another neighbor had a basement window which was peeling and they painted it for free.
I guess the highest compliment is that I am going to use them again. Next summer I am planning to use them to paint/stain my decks.

Each of those companies gave me one ridiculous quote after the other, where clearly their main goal was just to put as much of my money in their pocket as possible. "The painters on job performed very well. Owners never showed up on job. When we told them that the 2 steps had not been power washed - no one spoke English so they stained right over the non-prepared steps. We signed contract and paid the price and as understood, paid for paint and supplies. The PROBLEM IS THAT THEY OVERPRICED THE JOB. For the approximately 56 hours of work they ended up charging us $160 per hour per person! We believe every company should make a profit but this is ridiculous. We tried to talk with them, but they did not call back . WARNING- get an estimate of hours and the price so you know what you are paying for."
