"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"

We had used a national carpet cleaning company in the past and they left the carpets so wet and soggy it took days to dry and they were not clean. When Ryan finished, the carpets were slightly damp, but not soaking wet and dried in just a few hours.  He told us that at this time of year, it could take quite a while to dry since and warned us to be careful transitioning from
the carpet to a hard floor as it was gong to be slippery.
We will never call anyone else to clean our carpets.  They showed up on time (even giving us a call to let us know they were on the way), honored the price we had seen on a coupon and were a great company to work with.
