Very professional and great attention to detail.  I was not home when the carpets were cleaned but my husband was and he told me the guy was thorough and hard working.  The carpets looked great.  I will use them again.

I have used Eric's services twice. Scheduling is great, he is very accommodating and tries to get to you quickly. He does a very good job. Eric is courteous, friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.

We have used his services twice and I would definitely use him again in the future. Scheduling is easy, he was able to come sooner but I needed a date farther out. Eric is really good about getting you an appointment as soon as possible and he also works on Saturdays.

Eric did an AMAZING job! I found them through Groupon, and it was totally worth it! The best part is that it was a dry method, which actually cleaned much better than when I had my carpets shampooed, and I could walk on them within about 30-60 minutes :)

In a two bedroom cream colored carpeted apartment and three small dogs, you can imagine how sometimes the outside seems to find its way in.  Sanitize 4 Serenity explained what services are available, are very reasonably priced and best of all did a wonderful job.  The carpets look like they did when I moved in!  I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you have pets!

Went perfectly. I had been looking for a good choice in carpet cleaning, and I am so glad I found one! I will be having him return for mattress and upholstery cleaning, as well as return carpet cleaning in a few months.

cleaned, and Eric did such a great job, that I had him do the place I
was moving out of too! We had some tough spots in both homes, and he was
able to get them out, making the carpet look like new again. He was very accommodating to our tough schedules, arrived on schedule,
did a fantastic job & I would definitely recommend this company to

To say we were/are quite pleased is a serious understatement.  Eric explained any complications, possible less-than-desirable outcomes, and the procedures he would be using.  We decided to have everything done and were very pleased with the outcomes.  Eric is efficient, proficient, extremely knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and very personable.  We will definitely be using his services in the future and have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending Sanitize 4 Serenity!
