Bob Seely of Westminster Painting and Papering just completed the painting of my entire house. He did a fantastic job. He demonstrated concern and commitment to our time constraints. His work was meticulous and I appreciate his attention to detail. Every day when he finished he cleaned his work area.

Bob Seely of Westminster Painting and Papering just completed the painting of my kitchen cabinets. He did a fantastic job; my kitchen looks brand new! He showed up every day, on time, with a smile and some kind words. His work is meticulous and I appreciate his work ethic. Every day when he finished, he removed all the covers from the counters and left the place clean so that we could use our kitchen for the evening. He offered his expert opinion without being pushy when I considered changing the color early on. He finished BEFORE the expected completion date, which was very helpful as we were coming right up to the holiday and I had guests a few days later. Even my cats liked him and kept him company. I highly recommend Bob to anyone!

Bob Seeley of Westminster Painting and Papering recently completed a painting project for us. He was professional, prompt and meticulous. His attention to detail and work ethic are commendable. Bob patched every nick in the walls, repaired each nail pop, sanded, and caulked to prepare the walls. He used the best quality paint on trim, crown moldings and walls. Bob listened to our needs and questions and kept us informed of progress and plans for each day. Bob became our dogs new friend and seemed to enjoy the enthusiastic greeting he received each day.

Bob Seeley,owner, works independently. He worked in our home for 4 weeks and will be returning again for another project. He is extremely professional, punctual, reliable, and meticulous. He is very easy to work with. His years of experience were very helpful in selecting wall paint colors and accent molding colors. He was open to listen to my ideas and discuss to come up to the final product. He is very neat and always used drop cloths and cleaned up. Bob even tolerated our dogs even though they stole his brushes and even his lunch (haha) We look forward to having him back soon. Hire him if you want an excellent finished product.

Recently, I hired Bob Seeley of Westminster Painting and Papering to remove the wallpaper from my dining room and paint the room. It was a pleasure to have this experienced, professional, meticulous and neat painter to do this work. Mr. Seeley is a perfectionist and aims to please the customer. Since he has many years of experience he offers valuable suggestions and shares his expertise for decorating. Not only did he remove the paper and paint my dining room, but he did various touch up jobs which I appreciated. I did not know what to expect when I hired Westminster Painting and Papering (Mr. Robert Seeley President) but now I am glad I did. It will be very difficult to find a more professional and dedicated businessman. The tools he used was a brush, roIler and he applied two coats to the ceilings, walls and trim. I want to add Mr. Seeley was extremely neat and cleaned up after each day of work. On the last day, I really think he left the residence cleaner than he found it. Mr. Seeley was very pleasant and personable and I enjoyed his company. When you hear, "You get what you pay for", this is exactly what they meant.
I recommend Westminster Painting and Papering in the highest regards.

We've had Bob Seeley paint and paper in our house many times, inside and out. As usual, this job went well. Bob preps meticulously, first by covering with tarps every surface on which an errant drop of paint might possibly land, and then by patching, scraping, sanding, and dusting to make the surfaces as smooth as they can be before he begins to paint.
He was methodical and thorough, even down to making sure the screws on the outlet covers and switch plates were aligned, straight up and down, when he replaced them. Before leaving for the day on this two-day job, he straightened out and covered his tools and materials to minimize the disruption in the house.
Bob has always taken great care with our things, and we've been completely comfortable having him work in our house when we've been away. He's also a really nice person with a good sense of humor. He enjoys his work, and it shows in the quality of the finished product.

Mr. Seeley is a professional and a perfectionist. He diligently worked everyday to complete the job. Our home is 160 years old and it took a fair amount of scraping and sanding to prepare the surfaces for painting. He takes great pride to perform a high quality job and always left the work area cleaner than when he started. I found him to be friendly, trustworthy and respectful. We have two large dogs and he took care of letting them out during the day while we were at work. He even shared fresh vegetables from his garden with us. I highly recommend Mr. Seeley and will definitely use him again.

Went great. Very meticulous. We have dark stained wood baseboards and trim around the windows. He didn't get a single drop of paint on any of it.
