"This is my first AL review.  Scott arrived every day for a week on time and worked alone.  He has painted for me many times, and is one of very few contractors that I will let in my home and stay while I go to work or run errands.  Not only is he dependable, professional and trustworthy, he is an excellent painter.  He truly cares about the final result and is proud of the work he does.  The ceiling in my MBR is a "tray" type, and I wanted the slanted walls to be white while the side walls and surround was a latte color.  The first color I chose for the slanted part turned out to be too bright, but Scott had no problem helping me pick out a second color that was warmer and much less bright.  He then repainted that part of the ceiling (not an easy job) - no problem.  Every day, he puts the room back the way it normally is,so that we did not have to sleep in another bedroom.  Nancy in the office is a doll and so easy to work with.  Paul the estimator, again, been to my home many times, is very professional and answers all questions in a knowledgeable way.  I will not use any other painting company.

"Mr. Lazo arrived to give me an estimate on the date and time we agreed to. He walked through and observed the house and wrote an estimate on the spot that was for an amount that was exactly what I had estimated the work would cost.
On the morning they were to start work, a large crew arrived on time and began removing the wallpaper. They removed the wallpaper from the entire house in one day! It would have taken us weeks if not months, to complete the job ourselves.
The crew then began the painting process. They put two base coats followed by two coats of paint on all the walls. I could not find any mistakes when they were finished. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I can not say how pleased I am with the professional job they did. I am thoroughly satisfied. Mr. Lazo called me regularly to discuss things I would definitely use this company again.

Good group of guys showed up to perform the work.  However, the work performed was just fair.  I ended up with paint drippings on approx. 70% of my roman shades throughout the house and more on the floor in a number of places.  I was supposed to get 2 coats throughout the home.  To me, two coats means two coats.... one coat applied, let dry, second coat applied.  To them, it means using a roller wither a deeper pile.  So, get up close to my walls and you can see the color beneath where the coverage wasn't enough.  Luckily my new color was really similar to my old, so it's not a glaring issue.

My mudroom was painted an incorrect color.  It appears that they had run out of the color needed and just moved forward with what they had instead of driving 1 mile to Sherwin Williams and picking up a gallon.  Again, the color wasn't a drastic change from the other, so maybe they thought it would go unnoticed??

I'm a business owner myself and understand the importance of speed of work to maximize your profit, but NEVER at the expense of quality and professionalism.  Slow down, take a bit less profit, do incredible work and watch your business explode!
