"This company did a terrific job removing grasscloth wallpaper from our dining room that had been damaged by a leak. They also removed wallpaper from the master bedroom and bath and prepped for painting. The reinstallation of the same wallpaper in the dining room was perfect! They redid my kitchen, scraped wallpaper, etc.  The Foreman, Walter, was fabulous.  He actually called me once when he was stuck in traffic to let me know that he was going to be about 10 minutes late.  I couldn't believe it.  He pretty much painted everything.  He was meticulous.  Everything had to be moved out so that it could be completed the right way.  It was so much better than any other painters I've had in the past.  The cost was a bit more, they were our middle estimate, but totally worth it.  He refinished seven doors as well as my kitchen and laundry room.  The cabinets looked like they just came off the showroom floor.  He made a whole room in our carport.  It was a beautiful job.  He was a true craftsman.  The employees were thoughtful and had been with the company for over 20 years.  They spoke very highly of the owner.  They've been in the area for a long time.   They really go the extra mile. "Mr. Lazo arrived to give me an estimate on the date and time we agreed to. He walked through and observed the house and wrote an estimate on the spot that was for an amount that was exactly what I had estimated the work would cost.
On the morning they were to start work, a large crew arrived on time and began removing the wallpaper. They removed the wallpaper from the entire house in one day! It would have taken us weeks if not months, to complete the job ourselves.
The crew then began the painting process. They put two base coats followed by two coats of paint on all the walls. I could not find any mistakes when they were finished. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I can not say how pleased I am with the professional job they did. I am thoroughly satisfied. Mr. Lazo called me regularly to discuss things I would definitely use this company again.

Good group of guys showed up to perform the work.  However, the work performed was just fair.  I ended up with paint drippings on approx. 70% of my roman shades throughout the house and more on the floor in a number of places.  I was supposed to get 2 coats throughout the home.  To me, two coats means two coats.... one coat applied, let dry, second coat applied.  To them, it means using a roller wither a deeper pile.  So, get up close to my walls and you can see the color beneath where the coverage wasn't enough.  Luckily my new color was really similar to my old, so it's not a glaring issue.

My mudroom was painted an incorrect color.  It appears that they had run out of the color needed and just moved forward with what they had instead of driving 1 mile to Sherwin Williams and picking up a gallon.  Again, the color wasn't a drastic change from the other, so maybe they thought it would go unnoticed??

I'm a business owner myself and understand the importance of speed of work to maximize your profit, but NEVER at the expense of quality and professionalism.  Slow down, take a bit less profit, do incredible work and watch your business explode!
