We had worked with another provider for a couple months to get a bathroom vanity top. 3 counter tops were sent and arrived cracked and unusable. We then went to Granite Outlet. Candace showed a good deal of enthusiasm for our project and showed us several suitable remnants. We found one that was pretty much exactly what we were looking for. We are delighted with the appearance and the quality of this countertop. Candice was easy to work with and she is a great communicator. She provided timely updates as to when templating and installation would occur. All aspects of the installation went perfectly according to plan.

Quoted an initial price that continued to go up and up. Many hidden costs. They told me to buy more backsplash to cover wall damage from removal of the old. Made sense so I did. They then installed and the larger piece did not cover. They told me repairs were my problem at that point. Huge gaps between the wall and the granite. Terrible wall damage. All was now my problem. When I inquired i was told by Richy to "Read my contract!". I then talked to Kenny th "VP" who claimed ingnorance of the entire situation and was absolutely useless. I asked for the owner to call me many times and never heard back.it will now cost me another $1,000 to fix their poor workmanship. The lawyers will figure it out from here. Steer clear of this company. TERRIBLE

Our sales department says there were no hidden costs, and the customer signed off willingly on the job completed. Nevertheless, we do not want to see our customers part ways with us grieved in this manner and regret any inconveniences.."

Half-way through the installation, the installation crew reported that they could not continue until the upper cabinets were modified. These changes were not specified in the contract as a condition for the work. Granite Outlet refused to make these modifications. In an effort to complete the work, we requested a modified contract and scope of work to reflect a partial height back-splash (5 inches). Prior to providing the modified scope of work (drawing) and contract, Granite Outlet sent out installers (completely unannounced) to install the five inch back splash. At that time, I was at work, and I had no idea what the cost of this solution would be. When a drawing was finally received, it was incorrect. After multiple efforts to have the drawing corrected, we were told "At this point you just have to trust the process. They will do a good job and no job will be left unsatisfactory." This gave me no comfort given they had already fabricated the material... When I finally received the modified contract, the adjustment to amount of granite being used was clearly not consistent with the change in the scope of work. The original full-height back-splash would have been approximately 18 inches high. The new back-splash (at 5 inches) would have reflected a two thirds reduction in granite for the back-splash. Thinking that this might have been a simple error, I asked for an itemized breakdown of the cost change. The refused to provide this. So, at this point, I have an incomplete counter installation and no back-splash and an immense amount of frustration.

they worked to give us the best price with all discounts available- great selection. On time, professional installation- rearranged a plumber's schedule to fit our needs- not the other way around. Fabulous job

After finally making our selection, Mary helped us arrange delivery at a convenient time and was very responsive to several emails with some follow up questions.
On the day of installation, the granite was delivered exactly when promised. The installers were very polite, fitting the granite onto the vanity and securing it in place. Our granite was manufactured as ordered with nice edges and a deep sink.
We were completely satisfied with this entire process and especially thank Mary Faulkner.

We had a great experience with Granite Outlet. We went into the showroom without an appt and the sales guys Steve was extremely helpful. He walked up through almost every peice of granite they had in stock. They do charge extra to remove the old countertops and hook up all the plumbing, but luckily my husband was able to do all that himself, so that did save us quite a bit of money.
We had a little hiccup with the scheduling, but we were able to get it taken care of without much of a problem.
The day of, the installs were here on time and were in and out in a matter or 2 hours.
I would definitely reccomend Granite Outlet

The installation of the counter tops went very smoothly. The backsplash was not as smoothly. The faucet was horrendous.
I will use them again for granite.

We went to the store and chose a piece of granite we liked and a sink. We payed for a measure. The guy came and did a laser measurement and being an older home we needed some level work done before the counter could be installed. Once the counters were leveled, we had another measure and immediately went in to place our deposit. Then within 7-days the counters were installed and the next day the plumber came to install the sink.
All this was done just before Thanksgiving 2014 and we thoroughly enjoyed using our sink and beautiful granite counter tops for the holiday!
Nice product and great prices! The workers who showed up were really professional! Highly recommend!

Mary dispatched a rep promptly to measure our kitchen. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After measuring our kitchen, he answered all of our questions and made recommendations. He completed his paperwork and submitted it back quickly which also helped expedite the process. The installation was scheduled and completed in less than one week. The installers were top notch. They explained the installation process and worked quickly to get the job done. They cleaned and sealed the granite before leaving, and made sure they did not leave any mess behind. We are extremely happy with the result and would definitely recommend Granite Outlet to others.

I worked with a salesperson named Mary that was very kind. I was looking to match an existing piece of granite which is very difficult. They actually had the piece that I was looking for but she could not find it with any of the distributors. She actually found took time to find it under a different name the next day and it was a perfect match. I was so thrilled. I even asked for a last minute change/addition and the people that do the cutting accommodated me. I would definitely recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the new countertops for our kitchen. Steve Whiting was great to work with and gave us good information about granite. The three gentlemen who installed the countertops were professional and worked in a timely manner, arriving on time. Gus, the plumber, was also very professional and nice to work with. All in all, a very positive experience.

We purchased a granite remnant from them for a kitchen island we had purchased from Ikea. We worked with Mary who was very patient and professional. Unlike other companies who do cash and carry remnants The Granite Outlet inspects their remnants for any defects or scratches that may have occured in the remnant yard. I feel confident in the quality of the product and installation we received from this company. They treated us as if we were redoing our entire kitchen even though we were only doing a small project.

The granite was great. The selection and quality of the granite was better than other companies that we looked at. We actually looked at 3-4 granite companies total. We also bought an undermount sink from them, and they cut the granite perfectly around the sink.

They were fabulous! I found my Kraftsmaid cabinet through them cheaper than than I would have gotten at Lowe's. Dulcie was the only person I talked to out of all the companies I spoke to who knew what I wanted, how to put it all together. She helped to spruce up an existing vanity saving me money, and found me a reminant of granite for cheaper than I would've gotten anywhere else. Not only did I end up saving money with them, I got great service. She was pleasant and easy to work with. I felt like she gave me 150%. She always got back to me right away and I felt like she was a friend by the end. The finished product is STUNNING.
