"Fantastic. I was in a tough spot being left with a half finished project an a lot of unanswered questions and unknown quality. Luis came in with a professional approach and clearly showed he cared about putting out a quality finished product. He not only complete his scope of work he corrected a number of issues with walls being out of plumb and questionable framing and plumbing. He was receptive to changes and helped make some design decisions. He had good suggestions and always w honest with me when it came to quality - no we shouldn't do it that way, this will be better/look better etc. He didn't shield his guys from me or hide anything. He was comfortable letting me speak with his subcontractors which helped me understand the problems we encountered. We communicated via phone mostly and sometimes text message but he answered the phone when I called - something I have had problems with elsewhere. I made a few decisions, cutting some corners to save money that he cautioned me against and looking back I regret it, he was right. In the end he helped get my certificate of occupancy, completing punchlist items added by the inspectors. All-in-all a very very good experience with Luis Mina. I would definitely hire him again for another remodel project."
