"The Fence and Deck Connection total experience completely exceeded expectations! From the initial contact to request a meeting; meeting with David King to discuss our ideas and creating design plans; receiving CAD drawing of the design; meeting with Anthony (AJ) Jean-Louis to discuss production plans and quickly answering questions along the way; the production team did a great job on the work site everyday - from start to finish; and meeting with AJ for final walkthrough. The complete process was done with professionalism; an enjoyable experience for such a major project. They told me when they expected the fencing to be in stock and began work right on schedule. The crew dug up all the roots and weeds that had grown between the two fences that they had to remove to put up the new fence."

"All this in a matter of a few shorts weeks, not months.
Then when everything was said and done and Deck Cetera had already been paid all of their money the front door was damaged and they came out in record time and repair it.

"They put in a lot of crappy boards. They were the only ones that I found that replied that would put in the fence that I wanted. Most of it was very good, but, of course, on the far side of the yard I found lots of boards that were not up to snuff. Eight years ago they got the fence in. I wasn't there (when they did the work). I would use them again in the future only if I stood over them with a shotgun. They could have used better boards and given me a lighter gauge. I wasn't there for the most part and they were all Hispanic so I've got no idea how the workers were, but the contractor that was watching over them had no complaints.
