Fantastic. I was in a tough spot being left with a half finished project an a lot of unanswered questions and unknown quality. Luis came in with a professional approach and clearly showed he cared about putting out a quality finished product. He not only complete his scope of work he corrected a number of issues with walls being out of plumb and questionable framing and plumbing. He was receptive to changes and helped make some design decisions. He had good suggestions and always w honest with me when it came to quality - no we shouldn't do it that way, this will be better/look better etc. He didn't shield his guys from me or hide anything. He was comfortable letting me speak with his subcontractors which helped me understand the problems we encountered. We communicated via phone mostly and sometimes text message but he answered the phone when I called - something I have had problems with elsewhere. I made a few decisions, cutting some corners to save money that he cautioned me against and looking back I regret it, he was right. In the end he helped get my certificate of occupancy, completing punchlist items added by the inspectors. All-in-all a very very good experience with Luis Mina. I would definitely hire him again for another remodel project.

Super. They did a terrific job and quality was superb. For sure a rehire to do more work not just for us, but got them doing some work for others that needed some work. Giving them 5 stars.

The window looks great, can't tell a difference from inside the room. exterior doors and security doors are a big improvement to our house. Luis and his crew were very respectful, punctual, and hard working. The plumbing work turned out to be a lot more extensive than we expected, but Luis' plumber did an outstanding job. He worked until about 11pm to get it done and was very professional and courteous. The project altogether took about twice as long as we hoped, but we ran into some unforeseen hurdles like electrical running thru a wall. The yard has some debris that wasn't cleaned up afterwards, but Luis did a great job of cleaning up the dust inside the house which was a big concern w/ a pregnant wife. Overall, Luis got the project completed before our baby arrived and we would absolutely hire him again.

Extremely well. I vacillated between numerous styles and price points for the doors. The owner was patient and had a good sense of humor. The workmanship, responsiveness and timeliness -- all went very well. He did followup to assure that I was pleased.

The work performed by Luis from Mina Home Improvement was EXCELLENT! I was very pleased w/ the project that he & his team did at my parents residence. The price for the job was also very reasonable. I would recommend this company to my family & friends!

Luis provided me with a detailed invoice on what everything he would need to do would cost which i liked. He invoiced what each part of the project would cost plus labor. He was very punctual and professional throughout his services. He found the source of the mold patched that up. Removed the moldy wallpaper and drywall and replaced the drywall. Painted all 4 walls. I had wood paneling on the lower half of the walls so he painted that white. He suggested since my basement was already dark and didn't have much light in there that I should install LED track lighting since i had old outdated lighting in my basement. I agreed and it made a huge difference in the basement as it looks great! Im Very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend Mina home improvement services to anyone.
