Brad had a lot of knowledge and explained the products very well. Brad was very prompt in all of our communications. We had a new Rheem heating/AC system installed with an air scrubber, as well as, a water heater.. It's only been a couple of days, but everything seems to be working great. We had a 21 year old system replaced. We are looking forward to some energy savings!

The company is currently SM Mechanical which bought DK when the owner retired. The service is top notch. If you need anything they are very responsive. You call and get a live person on the phone right away. Brad came out the next day and gave me an estimate for all new furnace and central air to replace my aging system. He listened to my needs and did not oversell on the necessary system. I got quality Rheem systems and a new wireless programmable thermostat. Everything was installed on solid platforms and with safety systems (the furnace is in a tray with water sensor to shut down in the event of a leak from the A/C coil or other issue). The tech's that did the install were courteous and worked very hard all day to get us up and running by dinner time. They put down protective plastic and cleaned up everything perfectly.

For a boiler+water-heater replacement, they had options for me, one of which I had not been aware of previously. They were responsive to our scheduling requirements and did a good job with the installation.

The owner was an absolute gem to work with. He explained everything, gave us options and didn t try to up sell. The crew was an hour late, but called to apologize and let me know they were running late. Things happen, running late happens, but most companies don t call to let you know and I appreciated that phone call. Once they were here they were professional and thorough. In and out in the time they said it would take and at the price I was quoted.

D & K put in my furnace on a Saturday in about 3 hours. This was less than a week after signing the contract. The price was right and the furnace works great. I don't think my experience could have gone any better!

Responded first. Got the equipment to do the job the next day. Technicians were respectful of my home. They worked hard. They finished early. I am pleased with the system installed

Dan was fabulous to work with. He worked with our schedule and everything went smoothly. The crew that installed our central air, furnace, and water heater were punctual, neat working and skilled. I received a thorough explanation of what needed to be done by D&K. My air conditioner replacement was scheduled quickly and the installers were polite and cleaned up during and after installation. Very pleased with this company!

D&K thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why, and what the options were. All questions were answered clearly. They arrived for the job and completed the work on schedule and to our satisfaction.

They did a good job on almost everything but were not good at cleanup. They scratched my wood floors upstairs when lifting the AC unit into the attic.
