Sadly, the unit performed well for only a short time before failing. It was time to consider my options. Repairs were becoming more frequent and costly. Tyler (H System Designer) visited and walked around my house inspecting my current HVAC system. We discussed repairing or replacing my ailing AC unit. He recommended replacing with a split ductless system and emailed a quote for 1. Enhanced Mitsubishi hyper heat mini split system (system) 2. "My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct. If I need a new unit next summer I will definitely use Tetteris Heating and Air for the replacement."

The technician helped me troubleshoot the issue, and have me a quick fix that will last until they make it out tomorrow to do the permanent fix. "Brandon Brock arrived at my home this evening. He is very relatable with a keen sense of professionalism for the services he provide. I now understand how to properly clean my air filter and operate my nest thermostat. I still operate sort of old school but he encouraged me to utilized the nest app to help manage the temperature of my home. Most people use jargons, or acronym when explaining techniques, but Brandon was very patient with me and did not mind explaining anything more than once. "The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now. I'll definitely hire them again next year and try to keep up an annual cleaning so it doesn't get so clogged next time. Highly recommended."
