This includes estimates; if a customer would like pricing in advance I don't have to drive out to look and charge for it, instead I can usually provide pricing over email with the use of just a couple of pictures. I use iPhone and iPad and can answer email faster than voice mail. I also use iPad for all invoicing, eliminating waste of paper.
