The two gentlemen that did the foundation work for us were always prompt, communicative, efficient, and courteous. They even communicated with the plumbers we also had working around the same time so that everything went according to plan. Ronnie was incredibly nice and awesome at making sure we were up to speed as they progressed.

Compared to the others we talked to, they were more thorough when diagnosing the problem and did the least amount of damage to the walls and floor (less repair to deal with). When opening up the floor they discovered about 3 ft of footer was missing; they built a new one and finished everything in one extra day.

This was for water leaking into the basement. We got estimates from 4 contractors and the inspection from Allmaster was by far the most thorough. Without removing concrete they all misdiagnosed the problem and all had quotes within a few hundred dollars of each other for a 1 day job. Allmaster suggested the least damage to the finished basement wall requiring the least work to repair so we went with them. After removing the concrete in the problem area they discovered that about 3 feet of the footer was missing under the wall and the proposed fix would not have worked. So they spent the rest of the day digging and creating a replacement footer and came back the next day to finish the original job. The additional cost was minimal and well worth it. This included two new sump pumps and buckets (the others didn’t even notice that our existing sump pump was not working so their estimates did not include replacing that). They even buried the discharge tube, which was not called for in the original contract. Mark kept us well informed of what they were doing. He and Mike covered everything with plastic and did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. The next big rain came a day later and everything was dry! We are very pleased.

They showed up on time, were professional and pleasant. It was discovered that I didn't need certain items to sure up my foundation and money was taken off my initial quote.

AJ and Frank of Allmasters did carpentry work in my home, including reinforcing support beams in my carport and repairing a damaged ceiling in a bedroom. This was not an easy job as they had to use their ingenuity in order to solve my repair issues. They did a very good job and were wonderful to work with.

They did a quick and efficient job, the only issue and I knew going into this deal was the cost of the minimal job. I think it could have been done a little cheaper, it only took the workers not even 4 hours but no complaints since it is transferable between owners and I am getting ready to sell.

Company is also known as AllMasterBuilders. They gave me a very reasonable bid for insulating my attic and crawl space under two large rooms. Several other companies provided bids that didn't fully address my insulation requirements and still were more pricey than Smart Home. Workers arrived on time and accomplished the job in two days. Very professional, polite and very hard working.

Owner was professional, timely, making contact, producing propsals, and completing work. His workman was neat and completed the job according to specifications.

Smart Home ERS personel I dealt with were very friendly and helpful for the work I had done. They were promt and courtious when installation was preformed. They did everything to ensure a quality job was done.
