While he measured the rooms it gave us time to discuss what colors we would be comfortable with. He gave us a good price. The end result was beautiful. "BR flooring was able to obtain a perfect match for the existing hardwood in the house, which saved us a ton of time, money, and aggravation. They provided us with samples so we could check the match ahead of time. They completed the flooring work very quickly and executed it flawlessly, they look just like the other floors in the house. The stairs they put in at first unfortunately did not match the floors nor the existing railing. This made me a bit nervous at first, because often times you don't know if you've hired a good company until something goes wrong. When we brought up the problem, BR flooring stood behind their work and completely sanded and refinished the steps to match the existing railing as we originally wanted and everything came out well in the end. I am very happy with this company because they both did great flooring work and had the integrity to fix all problems that arose with no fuss."

"This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. We had originally gotten estimates to replace the floors, but the cost of refinishing was considerably less, and our 35-year-old oak floors look brand new again! Elegant Floors was the only contractor that suggested replacing the heating registers with flush-mount, which gives a very finished look. The crew was professional, cleaned up every day, and did outstanding work. BTW, dust turned out to be a non-issue; their standard system left very little dust upon completion of the job."

"Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!
