"My experience with Closest America has been 5 stars from beginning to end. From the design expert - who listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and didn't push me for something I didn't want - to the installers who actually SWEPT UP after the installation (there was some minor cutting that left a light amount of dust/debris on the floor, to the follow-up call the next day. My daughter absolutely LOVES her new closet which wasn't part of my initial inquiry and the design expert was able to create a closet that holds much more of her clothing than before. It's a very small guest bedroom size closet (about 4'w by 1.5'd by 8'h). I don't worry that the shelves in the pantry are going to collapse and cans sit on the smooth flat shelving unlike the wire racks that were in there before. My grocery shopping is much more efficient because I can easily see what I need as far as pantry goods unlike before. This was not cheap by any stretch of the imagination and an estimate that I received for a similar style from another company was cheaper.
