Once the order was placed the administrative staff contacted me to coordinate the work which commenced within a very reasonable amount of time. They’ve done several projects for us now, including replacing a bannister on our stairs (which included a new hand rail design), replacing a step on our indoor stairs as well as our gazebo outside, and designing and building a set of built-in shelves and cabinets.
