He was responsive via phone/email beforehand and came on a Saturday to get it done (which worked great for us, because we didn't have to go too long with holes in our living room wall.)"

When they first arrived, they spent about 30 minutes taping brown paper on the floor and installing plastic on the steps from the front door to the two work areas located on separate floors. When they were finished, they removed all the paper and plastic and vacuumed. Also, they arrived a little early both days and waited by their vehicle until 8 a.m. Best service we’ve received in a while."
